Model 212IC Invisible Closer Hinge

SOSS® Invisible Hinge model #212IC is ideally suited for most types of doors that are 1-1/8″ thick. The model #212IC is made of zinc and steel materials.The SOSS® Invisible Closer gives you a  closer that is totally invisible from either side when the door is closed. The closure rate is completely adjustable with an allen wrench after installation, and does not require removal of the closer. Installation can be either inside the door itself or inside the door jamb. SOSS® Invisible Hinges open a full 180° and are a single action hinge.

Allow one #212IC invisible closer for every 28 lbs. of door weight or portion thereof. The total number of hinges need can be calculated using our hinge calculator or our hinge sizing chart in the drawings tab below.

Recommended spacing for use of one spring closer is half of the distance from the center line of the door to the center line of the top hinge. Please reference hinge spacing drawing.

Wood and machine screws are included.
